Externals Update, main branch (2024.11.06.)

Updated all projects to atlasexternals-2.1.29. The changes wrt. atlasexternals-2.1.28 are (atlasexternals@2.1.28...2.1.29):

  • Made it possible to compress the payload of the detached debug info files (thanks to @fwinkl and @rhauser);
  • Taught FindCppcheck.cmake to set up an RPM dependency on the appropriate LCG package (thanks to @fwinkl);
  • Updated FindBoost.cmake to silence warnings coming from CMake 3.30+ (thanks to @fwinkl).

The changes are all fairly technical, not changing any external versions. 🤔 So let's try to go without a full-build... 🤞
