Draft: Updating SUSYTools default tagger and MCMC maps for GN2

Updating the SUSYTools default tagger to GN2v01, which also involves switching to PCBT. Also updating the MC MC maps for GN2, while providing an option in the getMCShowerType function to use the old DL1dv01 MC MC maps (with GN2 set to default). Also adding a warning if an unsupported shower type is used, adding the option to reduce the number of FTAG systematics, and adjusting the testing algorithm for PCBT.
