ActsMuonDetector - Use Complex GeoShapes

This MR removes a comment that would skip some of the complex GeoShape, so now they will be used when building the passives. The external navigators are also changed from Acts::Experimental::tryRootVolumes() to Acts::Experimental::tryAllSubVolumes()
