TruthUtils: Drop SUSY namespace and drop obsolete helper functions

Dropping the SUSY namespace from AtlasPID.h as it isn't necessary.

Dropping the isSBaryon() and isSMeson helper functions from AtlasPID.h as there definitions are deprecated and the particles they select are now classified as isRBaryon() and isRMeson() respectively.
