TruthUtils unit test clean-up

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:TruthUtilsTestReorder into main

This merge request doesn't update any of the helper functions themselves, it just updates the unit test so that the functions are called in alphabetical order (making it slightly easier to check the results for each pdg_id).
