improve protection for cells container retrieval in TrigTowerMaker and avoid double CaloCells container in HI menu. Related to ATR-30469 No change in counts from what I could check (all ART tests plus test_trigP1_v1Dev_HI_run3_build.py).. Hope the title is good.... Denis
