integration of FADC correction into ZDC reconstruction

Peter Alan Steinberg requested to merge steinber/athena-main:zdc-main-24-fadccorr into 24.0

While the primary code to apply the new FADC correction (based on the ZDCInjCalib stream) was already merged, this MR implements it into the ZdcAnalysisTool, and enables flag for the old "nonlinear" correction "DoNonLinCorr" (since the new one was already implemented).

This allows us to fall back to the old corrections in python, if necessary
