fix missing entries in JetCalibTools_entries

Pileup1DResidualCalibStep is one of the new Jet calibration tool. It was missing from components/JetCalibTools_entries.cxx and this MR adds it there. Also minor changes induced by some test of the new calib system.

The tool is not yet used in reco, so this change should not have any impact.
