Update LLPTruthStrategy to use MC::isSUSY function from TruthUtils

Drop usage of local LLPTruthStrategy::isSUSYParticle() method in favour of using the centrally defined MC::isSUSY from TruthUils. Potentially this should be updated to use MC::isBSM() in future?
