Patched the configuration of TRT sensitive detectors and physics regions when GeoModel is built from SQLite DB
Included TRT::GasMA volumes which are present in the RUN3 geometry description in SQLite DB but are missing when geometry is initialized from the Geometry DB.
This patch is expected to fix the differences wrt the reference sample observed during the Physics Validation of HITS produced by RUN3 simulation that uses SQLite-based GeoModel (ATLPHYSVAL-1122).
