update Tau PHYSVAL monitoring to save more # tracks related histograms

This MR is introducing two new histograms for tau track counting:

  • one histogram to count the number of core tracks ( dR < 0.2 wrt tau axis)
  • one histogram to count the number of wide tracks ( 0.2 < dR < 0.4 wrt tau axis)
