Improved handling of missing files for ZDC FADC correction

The new ZDC FADC correction now bails out gracefully, and disables itself, if no calibration file is found.

I also catch the runtime_errors thrown by the FADC and energy configuration methods (which never happened, but were otherwise uncaught).
