IDTPM: Integrating vertices

Marco Aparo requested to merge maparo/athena:maparo-main-IDTPM-vertex-v1 into main

Adding functionality to handle vertices and get associated tracks in TrackAnalysisCollection. The utilities to add plots with respect to vertices information will be addressed in future, dedicated MRs.
