Fixing of some histogram names in jet configuration for DQ webdisplays

I noticed a few small errors in the names of histograms in the jet configuration for the webdisplays:

• The histograms JetJESScaleMomentum_x are actually called JetEtaJESScaleMomentum_x in the input HIST files
• The names of the pt_m and pt_eta histograms in the HIST files was changed at some point to m_pt and eta_pt so adjusting the configuration here
• Removing the leading and sub-leading histograms from the standardHistos folder: these do not exist in this folder anymore but others and are displayed in a different location already

Discussed the changes with @sawyer who agreed that we should go ahead :)
