Disabled test_MC21_FullG4MT_QS_SQLiteGeoM_ttbar in 23.0

Vakhtang Tsulaia requested to merge tsulaia/athena:23.0-disable-test into 23.0

The test no longer works in the 23.0 branch and should be disabled since we are not supporting the SQLite-based GeoModel initialization in rel 23. For details see ATLASSIM-7205

I don't know who is responsible for merging changes with the 23.0 branch, so let me tag a few people who have done it recently: @dta @jmasik @fwinkl
