AtlasPID.h: fixes to containedQuarks, leadingQuark and hasQuark functions

  • Revised the containedQuarks helper function: This should return the complete list of quarks making up the composite particle, not a list of the unique flavours.
  • leadingQuark helper function: fixed behaviour for diquark pdg_ids
  • hasQuark helper function: fixed behaviour for diquark pdg_ids

Still need to follow-up on the output of the containedQuarks helper function for nuclei.
