add mc23e presampling test

Adding a mc23e presampling test (we already have them for mc23a and mc23d).

This would require to add to the ART input area the mc23e minimum bias HITS datasets. These should be from

mc23_13p6TeV.800831.Py8EG_minbias_inelastic_highjetphotonlepton.merge.HITS.e8514_e8528_s4334_s4371 mc23_13p6TeV.900311.Epos_minbias_inelastic_lowjetphoton.merge.HITS.e8514_e8528_s4334_s4371

for the corresponding mc23a and mc23d there are files with 500 and 5000 events respectively, which is considerably smaller than the number of events in one file of the datasets above, presumably to save disk space. I am not sure how to extract N events from a file of M events. @Zdenek, did you take care of that for mc23a/mc23d ?
