SUSYTools: use simpler Accessor namespace and update data24 actual mu

Hello,

This MR makes two unrelated changes:

  • use simpler accessor namespace, SG::AuxElement::Accessor updated to SG::Accessor (done with a sed command so there should be no typo)
  • update the data24 actual mu profile (latest GRL), using the version requiring valid beamspot (the difference with beamspot-agnostic actual mu should be negligible, there's a 0.4% difference in integrated lumi); I also dropped the data22 actual mu from the Run3 config files, as it can be set via properties
