Allow to use detector element status exclusively.

The detector element status data which contains the condensed information of the conditions summary tools allows to query the module status with much smaller overhead. To use the status exclusively ensure that it remains enabled and the equivalent and not necessary conditions summary tools are disabled and not used, and that valid element status data is created also for the case that there is no module status conditions data or status data from a the byte stream.
