LArSuperCellMon HLT configuration and chain definition

This is to start a discussion with Menu experts such as @fpastore, @wiedenma and LAr expert @pavol . This works if the L1simulation is not used (not sure whether we have a way to tell the menu to turn on/off the signature depending on the test and the L1Menu). It would be nice to be able to have a slightly more complicated histogram structure.. I don't know how to do this. Anyway, let me know what you think.. Denis
