This MR updates the Projects to LCG_106a_ATLAS_7 and atlasexternals 2.1.34.

The LCG_106a_ATLAS_7 (SPI-2681) contains the following updates (https://lcginfo.cern.ch/compare_releases/None/106a_ATLAS_7/106a_ATLAS_5):

  • xrootd 5.7.2
  • c_ares 1.34.3
  • nlox 1.2.2.atlas5
  • openloops 2.1.3p1

atlasexternals 2.1.34 (https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas/atlasexternals/-/tags/2.1.34) contains the following updates:

  • Update to xrootd 5.7.2
  • FindGaudi: remove explicit setting of SYSTEM library
