Fix for ATLASEG-411 (egamma ART tests)

Jean-Baptiste De Vivie De Regie requested to merge ATLAS-EGamma/athena:24.0_egValFix into 24.0

The MR !76010 (merged) introduced a new way of dealing with alignment conditions in LAr, that was not ported to egamma ART tests, which then failed. CI tests did not see the crash due to a bug in the egamma test also. This MR tries to fix that.
