Fix seed for jet building in fJvt calculation

This MR fixes the seed when creating the jet calculations for the fJvt calculation.

At the moment, fJvt isn't fully deterministic as the seed isn't set explicitly which was discovered by some studies from @schaffer reported in ATLJETMET-1759. After the changes introduced with this MR, the fJvt values for the jets remain the same if I produce a PHYS derivation multiple times from the same AOD.
