Draft: Adding new MMC 2024 calibration

The purpose of this MR is to introduce a new version of the MMC calibration. This updated calibration addresses a drop in events observed in the leading \tau\ p_T distributions within the HH \rightarrow bb\tau\tau analysis when using the 2019 version of the MMC calibration. This issue is illustrated in the plot below:

leading_tau_pt_distribution_bbtautau_hadhad

The drop in events, represented by the blue contribution, occurs after applying the cut m^{\mathrm{MMC}}_{\tau\tau} > 60\ \mathrm{GeV}, which is used to suppress contributions from DY background in the analysis signal regions. With the proposed updates in this MR, the behavior is improved as shown by the green and magenta contributions. These represent the new MMC parameterization, which aligns well with the legacy MMC2016MC15 calibration (red contribution).

It is worth noting that, at present, the path to the new calibration file is hardcoded since the file still needs to be integrated into CVMFS.
