ATR-30633 clean up of legacy L1 seeds in MC menu

Closes ATR-30633, removes legacy seeded chains from the MC_pp_run3 menu. Passing all TrigART tests except `test_trigP1_v1Dev_decodeBS_build.py' due to timeout.
