Remove ITk related warnings for IDPVM Run 3 config

Similarly to the warnings cleaned up with !73780 (merged), the IDPVM Run 3 configuration was throwing some spurious warnings about empty plot definitions, related to variables only defined for ITk. This update takes care of them
