Drop AFII filename check in AsgPhotonEfficiencyCorrectionTool

As new Photon SF recommendations are combining the FullSim and FastSim corrections into a single file, the correction files don't include AFII in their name anymore and the check as implemented is causing a crash when trying to use the latest recommendations with FastSim sample. The check is thus removed, following discussions with @mobelfki
