GN3 updates

Rename the IParticlesLoader class to FlowElementsLoader since it better reflects the current logic.

Small fixes in CustomGetterUtils and ConstituentsLoader in order to support latest GN3 version:

  • Add muon info to track getter
  • Add charge info to iparticle getter
