Add steering option for DAOD production in FastChain transform

This MR introduces a new steering option, doFCtoDAOD, which allows the FastChain transform to run derivations and directly produce DAOD output format from EVNT. This enhancement streamlines the workflow by eliminating intermediate steps, making the process more efficient.
