Prevent loading Sig_TruthEvent in CopyMcEventCollectionCfg for FastChain in MT mode

This MR prevents loading Sig_TruthEvent as a StoreGate input in CopyMcEventCollectionCfg during FastChain jobs, as it is generated by BeamEffectsAlgCfg beforehand. This change ensures compatibility with the ATLFAST3MT simulator in MT mode, resolving issues caused by the dependency between BeamEffectsAlgCfg and CopyMcEventCollectionCfg.
