ATR-30599: add lep+tau T&P triggers to the list of run3 triggers to get matching

This MR is adding tau+lepton tag and probe triggers to the list of Run3 triggers for which we need trigger matching info. These triggers are needed for trigger SF measurement as well as analysis like H->tautau
