JetAnalysisAlgorithms+FtagAnalysisAlgorithms: Make algorithms using data handles reentrant

Make jet and FTag algorithms using data handles reentrant. Other algorithms probably require more work so they can be tackled separately if needed (e.g. for derivations).

Note that the two jet algorithms do not seem to be used at the moment.
