correct Electron DNN usage

The current set up for DNN WP would lead to the case for TightDNNnoCF, MediumDNNnoCF, VeryLooseDNNnoCF97 be become the same as TightDNN, MediumDNN, VeryLooseDNN.

This MR fixes the bug, but would change the user interface for setting the values.
