FPGATrackSim: Run F100 for the whole detector and change logic for Pixel SP formation
This addresses a few different points:
- Reverts the changes introduced in !75897 (merged). This enables running also for the whole detector.
- Resolves EFTRACK-743 by checking that the cell ID is in range and by discarding problematic strip clusters
- Keeps strip SP formation disabled by default to avoid timeouts for unit tests (till it's further optimized if possible), and to run more pileup events in ART monitoring.
- Changes a bit the logic in Pixel SP formation (at conversion level) to avoid re-iteration over internal objects since
xAOD::PixelClusterobjects are already available at that point. The logic now is similar to the one of PixelSpacePointFormationTool. (Related to EFTRACK-600)
The last change reduces the processing time for the Pixel SP formation a lot: Ιndicatively, for single-mu + pileup events, the average time per event for the formation of all Pixel SPs of each event was ~591.463 sec before and is ~0.243 sec after this change.
