MuonR4 - Fix b-line calculation in geometry transcription & updates to the GeoModelTests

  • ALinePar: Fix order of how the alignable transform is assembled
  • MuonGeoModelTest & MuonGeoModelTestR4: Simplify how the chamber selection & exclusion strings are translated into Identifiers. Add the chamber exclusion mechanism to the former at all.
  • MuonStation: Add cache mechanism to cache the station size in length ~ (n tube) and thickness considering only the Mdts. Add external setters needed for geometry translation
  • ReadoutGeometryCnvAlg: Fix transcription if the b-lines are activated
  • Activate the B-lines in phase II
