IDTPM: Adding doTrigNavigation flag

Introducing a user-configurable doTrigNavigation flag, which allows to enable the trigger navigation workflow for each TrackAnalysis, independently from the types of test and reference. This also simplify the workflow itself, and its readability. When either TestType or RefTypeis set to Trigger, doTrigNavigation is automatically overwritten to true, as that is the only allowed workflow in that case.
