ZDC geometry initialization via JSON file or GeoDB

Peter Alan Steinberg requested to merge steinber/athena-main:zdc-main-24-zdcgeo2 into 24.0

These classes provide functionality to read the ZDC geometry either from a JSON file (found through PathResolver) or from GeoDB (directly from ZDC tags set up by Vakho - integration into an ATLAS geometry tag will follow).
