FPGATrackSim: Enable 2nd stage for F600 and disable unnecessary algorithms

This enables the second stage for F600 (Related to EFTRACK-610)

It also removes unnecessary algorithms to reduce memory consumption and to avoid test timeouts (related to EFTRACK-835)
