TrigP1Test: update L1EM3 to L1eEM5 in test_trigP1_PEB_DS_build

As discussed in ATR-30788, we're getting 0 counts in a trigger ART test, for chains seeded by legacy L1Calo items. We need to move to Phase1 equivalents.
