[ATR-30800] Add new Xbb test chains to the Dev menu

This MR adds new Xbb test chains that require 2 large-R jets out of which 1 is Xbb tagged at 60%, 70%, 80% WPs. The test chains have a jet mass cut applied. CC: @lshi, @boliu, @khoo for comments.
