MuonR4 - SimHit update in terms of truth record & treatment of electrons

  • Switch genParticleLink of xAOD::MuonSimHit to use uniqueID instead of barcode
  • Add step length of the G4 step.
  • Sim hits in the Tgc, Rpc & in the NSW are safed to be th middle of the steplength
  • Mdt sim hits are not propagted to the closest approach if it's stemming from an electron
