ATLMCPROD-11508: add the flag for disabling btagging during the derivation for sherpa3 sample

Due to the btagging algorithm will raise error during the production of PHYS derivation for Sherpa3 sample. As discussed in the jira ticket https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLMCPROD-11508, we try to solve this issue temporarily by disabling the Btagging algorithm.

We have tested this by commenting the btagging algorithm in the PHYS derivation configuration, the log can be found in the /afs/cern.ch/user/a/aowang/public/derivationTest.
