Reinstate the Tag and Probe analyses in the ID Trigger monitoring

With all the changes to the dsata samples and menu, the tag and probe analyses stopped working. This adds them back, but runs them now as post processing analyses only.

Also the elreco analysis reference selections was changed to use Electron:MediumLH instead of just Electrons.
