Fix low PT chains in the ID Trigger monitoring analyses

Mark Sutton requested to merge sutt/athena:lowptel into 24.0

With the change to the datsets and trigger names, the low PT analyses stopped working, and then they were skipped from the athena job by mistake,. so this puts them back, and fixes the post processing so they should all work again
