Projects: Update to LCG_107a_ATLAS_1, tdaq/tdaq-common 12-01-01 and atlasexternals 2.1.42

This MR updates the Projects at LCGa_107_ATLAS_1, atlasexternals 2.1.42, tdaq/tdaq-common 12-01-01.

The updates in LCG_107a_ATLAS_1 (SPI-2743, SPI-2746) are:

• ROOT 6.34/04
• rivet 4.0.3
• yoda 2.0.3

• VecCore: new package to support VecGeom and use the LCG version tarball
• Add GAUDI_USE_CUDA if CUDA is found
• Adding the CrestApi project to atlasexternals
• Add flake8_atlas artificats to gitignore
