Adding LowPtRoI tracks and their hits to DAOD_LLP1

This MR adds InDetLowPtRoITrackParticles and their Pixel/SCT MSOSs to DAOD_LLP1. These containers are not present in the nominal AOD, so this change should be transparent for most users of DAOD_LLP1. This MR supports the Exotics dE/dx analyses, which recently requested the reconstruction of 11 DRAW_ZMUMU datasets with low-pT tracking (DATREP-349). These low-pT tracks are needed to study the stability of the Bethe-Bloch curve throughout Run 2 and Run 3.
