CPAlgorithms: postfix for JVT EffSF on EventInfo

@snchakra needs to run multiple JVT setups in parallel. The per-jet JVT SFs are attached to different containers, but the computation of the event-level SF that decorates EventInfo is being duplicated. This MR fixes that by using the postfix option of the JVT: block.
