Fix to usage of iterators to avoid infinite loop.

Fix to usage of iterators to avoid infinite loop by resetting end iterator each loop. These loops are only used in a special truth mode and a very rare case in production mode (so rare we presumably have never hit the problem, given we have never seen it).

Downgrade WARNING of expected problem to VERBOSE for check on truth particles linked to tracks.
