HI hard probes format for open data

I'm adding a new format for heavy ion data: HIONHPOD (Heavy ion hard probes open data).

It was developed for the future release of heavy ion hard probes open data.

It includes:

  • Electrons, photons, muons, jets, truth information, CaloSums, and event information.
  • Jet and muon thinnning
  • No skimming

I also changed a function in DerivationFrameworkMCTruth, specifically AddTruthJetsCfg. Now it checks if the jet collection is in the AOD, to avoid duplication.
