Created minimal working YAML files for CPAlgorithms submodules to perform unit tests

This mr contains a dozen of working minimal yaml files for sub-packages that focus on primitive physical objects analysis, aiming to provide a more self-contained unit tests for the CPAlgorithms. We offer unit tests to Electrons, Photons, Muons, Jets and Taus and TruthParticles. Other subpackages depend on their configuration and therefore, they do not fit into the unit test framework. Their test will be performed in the integration test.
